After the individual therapy sessions exercise groups are available.
These groups are small enough (4 persons) to have the necessary attention to correction or modification but already has a different, more advanced dynamic.
Groups are excellent opportunities to exercise more independently (compared to 1:1 sessions) and to meet with others and having good company.
Groups are closed, previous 1:1 physiotherapy sessions or consultations are required to prepare for group work and guarantee the appropriate level and good quality.
There are always different topics available: Yoga, Circuit Training, Core & Back classes, Women only, Full body workout classes.
Groups are running periodically: January – March; April-June, September – December.
