What I appreciated immensely was the availability and flexibility, which you gave me during the most difficult periods. This gave me the feeling of security that I really needed at the time. What was different in our work compared to other support that I had, or came across in the past, is the fact that you have many different tools in your pocket and that you are really good at suggesting which one to use/ which one would be the most efficient for the type of issue we are dealing with. And that although we had many sessions, you kept surprising me with new ideas. Overall I find that you have this amazing ability to hear your clients and identify or pinpoint the issue that is really at stake and that needs attention. This is something which I find difficult to see myself and what I found very valuable in our sessions.
