I wholeheartedly recommend Hajni to anyone who would like to do something for her own health, who is expecting a baby or who needs special help after an accident. She has helped with my sprained ankle, so I am able to dance as before on a regular basis as a sport activity. She has been assisting me during my three pregnancies, I had both pre and post-natal consultations with her. Having been at high risk to give birth earlier than my due dates, she has thoroughly examined my case and prepared a programme which helped me to remain mobile, keep my muscle tones, even when I needed to lay in bed most of the time. As we were approaching to the due dates, with my husband we both attended the “delivery training” that she was proposing. I was also practicing at home and surprisingly the techniques she was teaching worked perfectly. I was able to remember and apply them even during labour. Following the six week rest period after the deliveries, in all three cases I attended both individual and group post-natal classes at her. I find it extremely useful and inevitable in a mother’s life to pay attention to her body in order to be fit, to regain her balance, to be able to well care for the baby, and also to slowly lose the remaining kilos through post -Natale gymnastics. Hajni is devoted, kind and demanding through the given homeworks at the same time. She is not afraid to spend time and effort in investigating the core causes, and demonstrates curiosity and attention in order to identify these. She will provide useful techniques and advice, but at the same time she is clear that improvement can only be achieved through the patient’s own commitment.
Hajni’s group classes are small thus there is possibility to receive individual feedback, The classes are tailored to the group’s needs, and vary from occasion to occasion to address different areas of development and to avoid boredom:) Hajni is good at combining a range of techniques from yoga elements and stretching through ballet to strengthening of core muscles, to bring a varied and enjoyable mix of classes.

First of all, it was very important for me that Hajni explains the exercises in detail and repeats the important things over and over again. Second of all, I like the group work a lot because it was also interesting to hear the questions of others and realising that they were most of the times relevant for me, too. Thirdly, it was very important for my motivation that she was explaining why we are doing each exercise. And finally, I really appreciated the fact that Hajni is so punctual and efficient during classes as well as that you have a precise program in mind and are not doing exercises randomly.

Hajni is a real state-of-the-art professional. She has helped me over the years in very different situations: before birth, after birth, during stressful times in the office. She worked with me on various problems I had from serious lower back aches when I could hardly lift my baby from the cradle to notorious shoulder problems. Today I feel in many respects fitter than before. Hajni is knowledgeable in many different forms and arts of movement from yoga to Pilates and many others. The most impressive characteristics about her is that she is keen to learn constantly and never stops improving her methods. These make her individual sessions and group classes never repetitive. She is also a perfectionist which strives you to your limits making sure you advance beyond expectations.
