I offer a mother-centered approach: I’m focusing on you – not only on what’s good for the baby. I advocate for your physical and emotional well-being, trusting that when the mother is supported, the baby’s well-being naturally follows.
My role here is to guide and support you through each stage with awareness, compassion and knowledge. As a result, you can feel strong, safe in your changing body, and connected to your unique motherhood journey.
