Pelvic floor therapy is much more than Kegel exercises. It’s not about being tight or weak – it’s about creating a functional and responsive core. You may have met the common message that you need to strengthen the pelvic floor because it’s weak. Often, the problem arises when the pelvic floor is both tight and weak at the same time, making it hard for your muscles to handle everyday pressures, like coughing, lifting, or laughing, and to return to a relaxed state afterward. Through a holistic approach, we work on helping your pelvic floor hold when needed and return to a healthy resting tone afterward.

How It Works…
Consultation — the beginning of clarity
This longer first session gives you space to share your full story: symptoms, history, concerns and hopes.
I listen, assess, and, with your clear consent, gently examine as needed – explaining step by step what’s happening during the session and in your body, and why we do each exercise or treatment.
Intravaginal examination is performed only after clear consent. Every step is slow, careful, and your intimate areas are covered whenever possible. I explain clearly what I am about to do, check in with you and avoid any sudden movements. This is a safe space to heal, not just to endure.
Together, we outline a plan that feels safe, doable and aligned with your goals.
Even a single consultation often brings relief, direction, and a sense of finally understanding your body.

Treatment Sessions – rebuilding your pelvic floor and core from the inside out
This is where the real change happens. Week by week, we follow your personalized plan:
- targeted pelvic floor exercises
- gentle manual therapy
- breathwork and core reconnection
- posture and movement adjustments
- practical education for daily life
- biofeedback and electrostimulation if needed
- scar tissue therapy
We move slowly, safely, and with full respect for your body’s boundaries.

I am an INAMI/RIZIV-certified physical therapist, which means you can receive partial reimbursement for prescribed physiotherapy, depending on your health insurance. Please note that Yoga, Personal Training, and Coaching are not subject to health insurance reimbursement.
