From movement to connection — rebuilding balance, function, strength & flexibility
Pain, tension or discomfort are messages asking for attention, understanding and care. Your body is not failing – it’s communicating to you.
My work as a physiotherapist is to help you listen to those messages and guide your body back to safety, strength and ease. Back to your core, where everything begins.
Working from your core
Every session is built around awareness, education, mindful movement and hands-on therapy.
We explore how your body moves, breathes and holds itself, and how small changes can create a big difference in how you feel.
Together, we work to:
- release pain and restriction
- improve posture, mobility and stability
- restore your physical core, your center of strength and support
- reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm and capability.
This is not about pushing harder or chasing perfection.
It’s about creating space for your body to remember what ease feels like.
We can work on the following issues:
- Back pain: neck pain, middle and lower back pain, or tension
- Muscle tensions and pain
- Shoulder problems: pain, decrease in range of movement
- Knee problems: pain, instability, ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) tear, post-op ACL replacement, and arthroscopy
- Ankle problems: post-injury rehabilitation, instability, pain
- Postural problems
- Sedentary lifestyle
- (Re)starting physical activity, sport
- Lower back pain, diastasis recti, weak pelvic floor
- Sports rehabilitation after injury
- Stress management, breathing exercises
- Stress release, strengthening and stretching through yoga
- Post-Operative Physiotherapy – extensive experience in the following areas:
- Post-operative knee therapy: ACL replacement, arthroscopy
- Recovery after abdominal hernia surgery
- Recovery after C-section
- Recovery and rehabilitation after spinal disc herniation
And the list goes on: it can be anything that holds your body back from total freedom.
Imagine a safe space where you can release yourself from pain
Sessions are always personalized to your needs. Whether you’re recovering from injury, experiencing back, joint, or pelvic pain, or simply want to feel stronger and more at home in your body.
You’ll learn how to move with awareness, support your healing at home, and trust your body again.
All sessions are built on a trauma-informed, holistic and science- and evidence-based approach.
We move at your pace – one breath, one step, one connection at a time.
How It Works…
Consultation – where we begin
Our first meeting is a spacious, 60-minute session where we slow down, listen, and gain a deeper understanding of what’s really happening in your body and in your life.
You can share your story, your symptoms, your goals and questions. I’ll make an assessment, explain what I notice, and recommend possible solutions. This way, we can outline together your next steps and possibilities.
A consultation can stand on its own, bringing clarity and direction. It can also be the first step toward ongoing sessions.
Most clients already feel relief after this first meeting — not only because they feel seen, understood, and more connected to their body’s messages. They also finally understand what’s happening in their bodies and know the first few steps and exercises they can take to support their healing.

Ongoing sessions — building up from the core
This is where the real work unfolds slowly, consciously, at your pace.
Each session combines treatment, movement, education and presence.
Depending on your needs, we can focus on pain relief, functional movement, or full rehabilitation and recovery. Rehabilitation ends when you feel you can perform the movements you want, at the level where you are – whether it’s running a marathon or getting out of your car.
We prepare homework that you can continue at home, supporting your progress between sessions. Homeworks are always adjusted to your time and level – it can be as simple as some movements you can do in two minutes or a whole 20-minute home session. Phone or Zoom recordings are also available.

I am an INAMI/RIZIV-certified physical therapist, which means you can receive partial reimbursement for prescribed physiotherapy, depending on your health insurance. Please note that Yoga, Personal Training, and Coaching are not subject to health insurance reimbursement.
Personalized training plans – supporting your rhythm and progress
Beyond our sessions, you can request a customized home program tailored to your goals, energy levels and lifestyle.
Every plan is realistic and adaptable — whether you have five minutes or half an hour a day.
Each exercise supports your physical and mental core as well as your nervous system’s capacity, helping you integrate the changes gently, in your own time.
Personal Training
Personal Training begins where physical therapy ends. Or when you don’t need physical therapy, but you want to improve your physical wellness.
Support for building strength and wellbeing after rehabilitation or during challenging times of life, like postpartum or perimenopause. We focus on core-friendly, knee-friendly, and pelvic floor–aware movement, using weights and mobility work to help you train safely and effectively.
This is for women who want to continue beyond physiotherapy — or who simply want to move without pain, with a plan that actually fits their body and current level.

No matter where we start — with a single consultation or a full program — the process is always the same:
listening to your body – moving towards healing – building from your core.
Get to your core.
Let’s begin where you are and build health and well-being from the inside out.
