I definitely found that both the group as well as the individual sessions helped a lot. This is for several reasons. First of all, it was very important for me that Hajni explains the exercises in detail and repeats the important things over and over again. Second of all, I like the group work a lot because it was also interesting to hear the questions of others and realising that they were most of the times relevant for me, too. Thirdly, it was very important for my motivation that she was explaining why we are doing each exercise. And finally, I really appreciated the fact that Hajni is so punctual and efficient during classes as well as that you have a precise program in mind and are not doing exercises randomly.
