I wholeheartedly recommend Hajni to anyone who would like to do something for her own health, who is expecting a baby or who needs special help after an accident. She has helped with my sprained ankle, so I am able to dance as before on a regular basis as a sport activity. She has been assisting me during my three pregnancies, I had both pre and post-natal consultations with her. Having been at high risk to give birth earlier than my due dates, she has thoroughly examined my case and prepared a programme which helped me to remain mobile, keep my muscle tones, even when I needed to lay in bed most of the time. As we were approaching to the due dates, with my husband we both attended the “delivery training” that she was proposing. I was also practicing at home and surprisingly the techniques she was teaching worked perfectly. I was able to remember and apply them even during labour. Following the six week rest period after the deliveries, in all three cases I attended both individual and group post-natal classes at her. I find it extremely useful and inevitable in a mother’s life to pay attention to her body in order to be fit, to regain her balance, to be able to well care for the baby, and also to slowly lose the remaining kilos through post -Natale gymnastics. Hajni is devoted, kind and demanding through the given homeworks at the same time.
